Great Canal Views and Helpful Staff

I enjoyed my spacious room with a lovely balcony view of the canal, which created a nice atmosphere. The staff were incredibly accommodating, helping me with local tips and even providing complimentary water every day. However, the canal smell was a bit off-putting at times, especially if you wanted to sit outside.

i had a great stay at korbua house. the staff was exceptional, and my room was clean with a lovely canal view. it exceeded my expectations during this trip, especially compared to my last stay in the city.

I enjoyed my stay in the Standard Double Room with Canal View. The location is perfect next to Khao San Road. However, the smell from the canal was quite unpleasant, especially in the lobby area.

Cup and saucers without tea or coffee in the room!!! Bathroom door awkwardly designed, making entry cramped!!! Noise from neighboring bathrooms rather disturbing!!! Some odors might waft through corridors. Please improve ventilation!!!

Korbua House had a fantastic location right by the canal, making it serene while being close to the vibrant Khao San Road. My room had a stunning view where I could enjoy watching the activities along the water. The staff were helpful and attentive, always greeting me with a smile. Breakfast on the terrace was delightful with a good variety of options, though the smell from the canal sometimes made it less enjoyable. The room was spacious and clean, providing a comfy atmosphere to unwind. However, the bathroom could use some better ventilation as it had a few unpleasant odors at times. The Wi-Fi was troublesome. it didn’t work well and was frustrating when I needed to connect. Despite these issues, the overall experience was good, especially for the price.

Breakfast on the terrace was a highlight, especially the fresh options. However, the smell from the canal made outdoor dining slightly less enjoyable. I wish it had been better. The Exclusive King Bed Balcony Canal View room was super spacious and bright! I loved the amazing view of the river—definitely a treat for morning coffee.
